Churches across La Salle, Bureau and Putnam counties have announced their Christmas Eve and Christmas Day service schedules for 2025. <\/span>(Metro)
Churches across La Salle<\/a>, Bureau<\/a> and Putnam<\/a> counties have announced their Christmas Eve and Christmas Day service schedules for 2025.
St. Barbara Parish will hold Christmas Eve Mass at 5 p.m. at St. Thomas More Church in Dalzell<\/u><\/a>. Christmas Day Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church in Cherry.
Putnam County<\/a> Community Church will host a Christmas Eve Eve service at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, 415 E. Hopkins St., Granville<\/a>.
St. John Baptist Parish in La Salle<\/u><\/a> will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4 p.m. at St. Hyacinth Church; at 4 and 10 p.m. at St. Patrick Church; and a Spanish Mass at 7 p.m. at St. Hyacinth. Midnight Masses will be held in English at St. Hyacinth and in Latin at Holy Rosary Shrine.
Trinity United Church of Christ in La Salle will conduct a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 5 p.m.
Christmas Day Masses will be at 8 a.m. at St. Hyacinth, 10 a.m. at St. Patrick and 12:15 p.m. in Spanish at St. Hyacinth.
Christmas Eve Masses will be at 4, 6 (in Spanish) and 10 p.m. at Holy Cross Church in Mendota. Mass will be offered at 4 p.m. at St. Theresa Church in Earlville<\/u><\/a> and at 6 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Peterstown.
Christmas Day Masses will be at 8:30 a.m. at St. Theresa, 9 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Peterstown and 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Church.
Oglesby<\/u><\/a> Union Church will hold a candlelight Christmas Eve service at 6 p.m.
Holy Family Church will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4 and 10 p.m. Christmas Day Mass will be at 8 a.m.
St. Brigid Parish in Ottawa<\/u><\/a> will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4 and 10:30 p.m. at St. Columba Church and at 5 p.m. at St. Patrick Church. Christmas Day Masses will be at 8 and 10 a.m. at St. Patrick and at 9 a.m. at St. Columba.
St. Bede Abbey will hold a Christmas Eve Mass at 8 p.m. and a Christmas Day Mass at 10 a.m.
Zion United Church of Christ will hold a candlelight Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
St. Rose of Lima Parish in Peru<\/u><\/a> will hold Christmas Eve services at 4 p.m. at St. Valentine Church, and 5:30 and 9 p.m. at St. Joseph Church. Midnight Mass will be at St. Valentine Church.
Christmas Day Masses will be at 7:30 a.m. at St. Valentine, 9 a.m. at St. Joseph and 10:30 a.m. at St. Valentine.
St. Matthew\u2019s Lutheran Church will hold candlelight Christmas Eve services at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. <\/b>
Evangelical Covenant Church will hold a 7 p.m. service on Christmas Eve.
St. Louis Catholic Church will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4, 7 and 10 p.m. Christmas Day Mass will be at 9 a.m.
Christmas Eve Masses will be at 4 and 10 p.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Church in Spring Valley, with a Spanish Mass at 7 p.m. at St. Mary Church in DePue. Christmas Day Mass will be at 9 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Church.
Spring Valley United Church of Christ will hold a candlelight service at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 24 at 227 E. Erie St., Spring Valley.
The Parish of St. Michael the Archangel will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4, 5:30 and 10 p.m. Christmas Day Masses will be at 8 and 10 a.m.
Holy Trinity, the first Slovak Lutheran church in America, will host a 1 p.m. special Christmas Eve service at the corner of Franklin and Church streets in Streator<\/a>.
St. Mary Church will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4 and 10 p.m. Christmas Day Mass will be at 9 a.m.
Waltham Presbyterian Church will hold a Christmas Eve service at 5 p.m.
