Before joining Midland, Kitchens was a financial adviser at Edward Jones. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Millikin University and his Master of Arts from Wheaton College. Kitchens maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

The Princeton Area Chamber’s Lunch and Learn on Thursday, June 13, will focus on Managing Stress and Improving Sleep.
The talk is scheduled noon to 1 p.m. at the Prouty-Zearing Community Building, 430 S. Main St. Learn how to close the stress cycle and improve sleep with simple techniques from Joy Meachum, behavioral health provider with OSF HealthCare.
Anyone wishing to attend needs to register by Wednesday, June 12. Registration and payment can be done through the QR code on the Chamber’s Facebook page or by calling the office at 815-875-2616. Payment can be made by check or cash prior to the event date or day of. An invoice will be sent for payments not received.
Lunch will be provided by Los Ranchitos for $15 per person.

Katina D. Williamson, 51, of Princeton was picked up by the Bureau County Sheriff’s Department at 9:18 p.m. Oct. 27 at 2122 Westmore Dr. in Princeton on a failure to appear warrant.
Kevin D. Schnaiter, 31, of Seatonville was picked up by the Bureau County Sheriff’s Department at 2:52 a.m. Oct. 29 on U.S Hwy 6 and 3150 E. St. on a failure to appear warrant.

The Prairie Habitat Tour: 2024 Landowner Event is scheduled 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, at Warnecke Woods, County Road 1835 North, Princeton.
Learn about the history of Warnecke Woods and how to manage upland habitat. Topics will include herbaceous weed identification and control, woody weed control, prescribed fire, wildlife and environmental benefits, plant identification and funding opportunities for landowners.
Coffee and doughnuts will be provided courtesy of the Bureau County Pheasants Forever Chapter. Experts speaking at the event will be from the Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, as well as the Bureau County Soil and Water Conservation District.
