Mt. Carmel Police Looking for Hit-and-Run Suspect Who Injured Several – WEVV
Police in Mount Carmel, Illinois says a recent hit-and-run incident has them still searching for a suspect believed to be in Princeton, Indiana.
Mount Carmel Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man in connection to a recent hit and run incident.
Police released an image of the man captured from the surveillance video.
Police say the suspect hit three cars before driving off in an F350 that police have determined to be a stolen car Saturday afternoon, at the intersection of 9th and Market Street.
As for the other motorists, at least three people were injured and taken to a local hospital.
Police believe the man may be in the Princeton area after a driver who was previously unaware of his crimes, dropped him off there.
