Tractor Accident Sends One to Hospital with Life-Threatening Injuries – WEVV
Illinois State Police say a man was sent to a hospital after one car attempted to pass a tractor on a county road in White County
Call came in around 4:30pm Friday about a car accident on Illinois Route 14 just west of County Road 700 East.
ISP state a 70 year old man was driving a tractor, heading westbound on Illinois Route 14 when a pick-up truck attempted to pass him and another car leading to the truck hitting the tractor.
The driver of the pick-up truck was cited for improper passing and failure to reduce spped to avoid accident.
